2018 Buena Music Banquet - May 29

Please join us in celebrating our Buena music students in our annual banquet on May 29th, 2018 at 6pm in the BHS cafeteria! Banquet dinner tickets can be purchased for $10 per person online, cash, or check. To purchase online tickets please use this link:

To use cash or check please print the attached flyer and give to Mr. Rumanapp or Mr. Downey. The final day to purchase dinner tickets is Monday, May 24th.  If you choose to attend the awards only, that portion of the evening will start at 6:45pm.  
Note: There will be a vegetarian pasta as well.  Make sure to indicate online or flyer if you prefer a vegetarian meal. 

Theme: Early Childhood TV (early 2000’s) : Pick your favorite Disney, Nickelodeon or Cartoon Network Character!

Marching Band Cost Contribution

Program Cost Contributions for Marching Band / Color Guard participants is $579

Concert Band Contribution

Program Cost Contribution for Concert Band participants is $95.

Wind Ensemble Contribution

Program Cost Contribution for Wind Ensemble participants is $110.

Orchestra Cost Contribution

Program Cost Contribution for Orchestra participants is $100

Choir Cost Contribution

Program Cost Contribution for Choir participants is $139.

Jazz Band Contribution

Program Cost Contribution for Jazz Band participants is $84.

Winter Drumline Contribution

Total program Cost Contribution for Winter Drumline participants  is $808. 

Winter Guard Contribution

Total program Cost Contribution for Winter Guard participants is $770. 

 

Parent contributions are the only way we can offer the program we have, and are only half of the effort to build our budget. The other half is made up with fundraising. These funds pay for show music and design, staff and band camp costs, instrument purchase and maintenance. Parent contributions are tax deductible and eligible for matching funds if your company offers this. All contributions can be made via check to the Blue Box in the Music Room and made out to Buena Music Association. Please add you student's name in the instructions so we can credit the correct account. Please contact the BMA Board with any questions.
